As part of the Con Cora Tour initiatives, the Foundation carried out a visit to the women’s section of El Pedregal Prison Complex, the second-largest correctional facility in the country, located in Medellín, alongside with Fundación Acción Interna. The purpose of this visit was to support women deprived of liberty through a space for connection and celebration at the beginning of the holiday season.
This gathering made it possible to share some of the traditions typical of this time of year through traditional foods, evoking moments of family, gestures of affection, and the warmth of home. The aim was to create a space for emotional well-being that acknowledged the personal stories and individual journeys of each of the participating women.

The day also served as an opportunity for Con Cora to reaffirm the importance of supporting processes that often remain invisible: personal rebuilding, the search for new opportunities, and the need for a community that does not judge, but instead listens, understands, and acknowledges.
