Brazil has welcomed refugees from over 139 countries in recent years, receiving more than 50,355 asylum requests in 2022, according to data from the International Migration Observatory (OBmigra). Of this number, 67% were Venezuelan migrants. Therefore, in collaboration with Aldeias Infantis SOS Brasil, our Foundation carried out its final Con Cora Action as part of the Latam Tour. During this action, we visited Venezuelan migrant children to share an inspiring space, offer some gifts, and enjoy a pleasant time together.
In addition to the collaboration of Aldeias Infantis SOS Brasil, we received support from Instituto Adus, an organization that promotes the integration of migrants in São Paulo, Brazil. Together, we invited 65 Latin American refugees and migrants to experience joy, leisure, and recreation at the #MSBLatamTour concert by our founder Karol G.
