The Con Cora Foundation in partnership with LatinoJustice, launches the “LATINA PWR for leadership” program, designed to strengthen the leadership and academic preparation of latina immigrant women in the United States.

This project seeks to provide tools for participants to become change leaders, supporting them on their path to legal training and the development of leadership and community advocacy skills. Through specialized mentoring, learning spaces, and support networks, their potential is fostered to open new professional paths and dignify their immigration status.

With “LATINA PWR for leadership” we celebrate the strength of women who, through their identity and voice, promote the guarantee of rights for their communities and honor Latina culture. One more step to demonstrate that together we can transform and dignify our reality, without limits or borders.
