New York, United States
As part of its international journey, Con Cora Foundation arrived in New York City, where it carried out a series of gatherings aimed at strengthening female leadership, emotional well-being, and the creation of opportunities for girls and adolescents, as well as for Latina women who are driving change in their communities.
In partnership with Glasswing International, Con Cora Foundation hosted a session with students to promote safe spaces for dialogue and reflection, where girls and adolescents were able to recognize the strength that comes from female solidarity, express their emotions, and envision their dreams with greater confidence. This gathering reaffirmed the importance of creating support spaces that foster self-esteem, leadership, and autonomy from an early age.

In addition, the Tour included a meeting with beneficiaries of the “Latina PWR for Leadership” scholarships, developed in collaboration with LatinoJustice. This space was dedicated to recognizing their dedication, their commitment to community leadership, and their interest in advancing the rights and well-being of Latino communities in the United States. These women represent a network of leaders who, across different contexts, are working to drive sustainable social change.
With this visit, Con Cora Foundation reaffirms its commitment to supporting processes that transcend borders, strengthening networks of support and female leadership across diverse territories.
