Women Ink Mexico 2025: Training and Opportunities for Women

Mexico City | August 25–29, 2025

In August 2025, the Con Cora Foundation held the third edition of Women Ink in Mexico City, a program focused on tattoo training for women and economic empowerment within the creative industry.

Over five days, the selected participants, chosen from a process that received more than 300 applications, took part in an intensive program that integrated 50 hours of technical training, responsible practices, personal style development, and creative mentorship, with the goal of expanding job opportunities and reducing barriers to access.

The program was led by Javi Cinco Ángeles (@javicincoangeles_tattoo) and Juan Ramón RC (@rcjuanramon), artists with extensive experience in the tattoo world, who guided the process from a technical, ethical, and pedagogical perspective, strengthening participants’ skills and professional development, with additional support from @wolftattoomx.

The cohort was made up of Mexican women, Colombian migrant women, and Venezuelan migrant women, highlighting the program’s impact on strengthening female economic autonomy and Con Cora’s commitment to creating real opportunities in creative industries, driving processes that nurture talent and transform lives.
